All Animal Protection Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to protecting all animals, however large or small, from abuse and neglect. We investigate animal abuse and neglect complaints or concerns.
Our Humane Officer is state trained, Court appointed, badged police officer with full powers to investigate and/or make arrests in Armstrong, Clarion and Mercer Counties in Pennsylvania. Our Humane Officer is also available to answer all your animal concerns anonymously.
All Animal Protection Inc. is staffed by volunteers. Our volunteers rely on donations to help pay for gasoline, boarding, feed, fostering, welfare checks and so much more. Many times our volunteers have had to reach into their own wallets to help animals in need. Many of our investigations lead to removal, veterinary care, fostering and finding new homes for a variety of abused or neglected animals.
All Animal Protection Inc. does not receive funding from any private, State or Federal Agency. We rely solely on fundraising activities and your generous donations.
